Choose how you’d like your painting created. I can set up at your venue and paint live while your celebration carries on around me, with your guests watching it come to life. Or, if you’d prefer, I can paint your favourite moment from your photos after the wedding.

How it works:
Live on the Day:
Send me your wedding date, venue and the scene you’d like captured, such as your ceremony, first dance or reception.
01 Enquire
02 Secure your date
Your date is reserved with a signed booking agreement and a 50% non refundable deposit, with the balance due on the day.
03 On the day
I set up my easel at your venue and paint throughout the event.
04 Collect and keep
By the end of the event, every illustration is ready to collect, a little keepsake for each guest to take home.
On the day
I arrive around 30 minutes before guests to set up a small illustration station, somewhere visible but out of the way.
As guests arrive, I take a quick photo of each person, so nobody needs to sit and pose. I then illustrate them one by one throughout the event in watercolour, pencil and ink, while they carry on eating, dancing and celebrating.
Guests are always welcome to come over and watch their illustration come to life, and it often becomes a little gathering point during the day. By the end of the event, every illustration is finished and ready to collect, so everyone leaves with a keepsake without missing a moment of the celebration.

Around 5 to 10 minutes for a single guest, so roughly 8 per hour. Couples and groups take a little longer.

Just a small table and a chair. I bring everything else.

At smaller events, often yes. For larger guest lists, Table Portraits are illustrated before the event and placed at each setting, so nobody misses out.

Yes. I can tailor details like the background, colours or add your event name and date to match your theme. I’ll go through everything with you before the event, so the illustrations feel made for your day.
