ABOUT
What would a frog wear to the beach? Would they drive a Harley? Or are they more likely to be seen devouring a stack of doughnuts?
As a contemporary fine artist based in London, I connect with my audience through whimsical animal art. The amalgamation of humour and surrealism paired with frogs as my current subject is what you’ll find in my paintings and prints.
Frogs are silly beings to me, with their wide eyes and lively movements. I find joy in bringing life to what may go unnoticed under a lily pad. Through my art they now take centre stage. They are known for being animals of change and wealth in several cultures. Series like my Frogue series are what have helped me refine my artistic techniques to portray nature in a man-made world with a stroke of glamour and a spring in your step— or should I say leap?
With several practices in creative decision making and discipline, this single focus became a catalyst for my ability to understand myself as an artist.
Having worked with both collectors and brands, including River Island and POSCA, I intend to take my projects further and explore more corners of my canvas that can be part of your story.
I am not typically a creature of change, but like the little green figures on my walls, my work is transformative, and as my ambitions grow so will my art.
